Results

I have my results back all of my tests and biopsies. The cancer is in Stage 2. It's in my cervix, uterus and 2 of my lymph nodes. I've started chemotherapy and will be having a hysterectomy on September 14th. Three days after my birthday. Yah-rah for me! The OB/GYN and the Oncologist are both going to be present whenever they "open me up". So I will be in the hospital 3-5 days and will be off work 8-10 weeks. Looks like I'll be back to work in time for Christmas. :)

Anyway, depression has been worse the past couple of days. I'm hoping to go to Kentucky for my family reunion on Labor Day weekend, if I have the money and if I feel well enough. Most of the time, I feel tired and nauseous. I will be happy to go and play in my creek again! My dad used to say that I was a water nymph. I have to believe that's true sometimes. I'm so happy when I play in the water with nature all around me. I guess it's true what they say about astrology and my being a Virgo. Lovely earth sign. :)
